Parts for Opportunities Drive

In 2022, The Toro Company, Turf Equipment and Supply Company, and Storr Tractor Company began a charitable relationship with Folds of Honor. A nonprofit organization that provides scholarships to spouses and children of America’s fallen and disabled service members and first responders, which includes police, fire, and EMT. Since the creation of the organization back in 2007 by Lt Col. Dan Rooney, they have awarded over 44,000 scholarships totaling over $200 million. Lt Col. Dan Rooney is the founder of Folds of Honor, in addition to being an active F-16 fighter pilot and a PGA golf professional.
To bring support to the Folds of Honor mission, the Toro Commercial and Irrigation businesses will again this year initiate a week-long parts drive starting Tuesday, May 30th, coinciding with the Memorial Day holiday. Over the course of the week-long Parts for Opportunities Drive, 10% of all the parts sales from Turf Equipment and Storr Tractor will be donated to the Eastern PA/NJ Folds of Honor chapter.
In 2022, Turf Equipment and Storr Tractor were able to donate $27,000 to the local chapter, and we are hoping to do more this year to provide additional scholarships.
